INCUBATOR SERVICES
QICI was founded in 2004 as an incubator with a mission to support high technology
start-ups and entrepreneurs in life science industry through a systematic business development model

QICI ’s goal is to create affordable laboratory and office space, and provide consulting services for high technology start-ups and entrepreneurs

  Why an Incubator Is Needed?
  • Early money is getting increasingly difficult to find and grants don’t come easily either
  • Most inventors and patent holders don’t have a place or required equipment to work on their favorite patented technology
  • Patent holders usually are not aware of the  requirements of how to take their patented
technology to the market. They need professional help with finding seed capital, business development and regulatory requirements

What is a business incubator?
Business incubator provides specialized facility and mentoring services to start-up companies.

What are the goals of an incubator?
The most common goals are to create jobs, attract private capitals, and retaining businesses in the community.

How does an incubator work?
Companies are nurtured in the incubator for, on average, three years. During this time they hire employees and attract capital. When they “graduate”, incubator companies establish their own facilities, benefiting local economies.
